Transition Specialists Part Time Positions in Northern and Central New Jersey
Responsibilities:
Assist students in transitioning from school to work successfully and present department to schools, employers and business community. Provide necessary training of student for a paid or volunteer position; monitor progress of student in work or volunteer setting; act as an advocate and complete reports and documentation in a timely manner.
